Itinerary Creation for Tour Guides
As a private tour guide you work long and busy hours; often away from home, and a computer, for days on end. Whilst your clients are patient in waiting for a promised itinerary, some-times it simply isn't possible for you to read through the realms of email correspondence and sit down to create the perfect itinerary, in a timely fashion. That's where I come in.
My Itinerary Creation service for Tour Guides has been designed to take the pressure off you, without taking your business away from you. I don't want to take your client; I want to help you keep them. This is how it works:

You will choose which Itinerary Creation Package you wish to employ me for, and you will pay a 10% non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the total cost of the program.
2.
You will recieve a questionairre to forward to your client, which will help me to establish important information about them, and thus be able to create the most suitable program for their backgrounds, interests, needs, preferences, and abilities.
3.
You return the completed questionnaire, along with all your correspondence with the client, to me.
4.
Based on the information I glean from the emails and form, I ghost-write a personaized program for the client in your name.
5.
You send the completed itinerary to your client.

No. I don't make bookings and have no relationships with hotels, restaurants, or sites, which means that my loyalty lies entierely with you and creating the best possible program for your client.
Are you a tour operator?
From the time you send me all the information required, it typically takes 3-5 working days for me to send you a completed program, but this can vary.
How long does it take you to create the program?

Can I see an example of an Itinerary you created?
I don't make bookings. You are my sole client, meaning I have no bias towards particular sites, hotels, restaurants etc and as such I will create a program that best fits you with no hidden agendas.
Can you take care of my bookings?
My aim is to be your ghost-writer, and create a document that you can sell as your own. As such I can include your logo or brand on the document, in writing I will use any characteristic phraseology that you like, I can include information that you would like shared, and I can tailor the layout to your taste. *

How are programs personalized to me?
Currently this service is available only in English. This means that all correspondence must be provided in English, and the final product will be in English.
What languages is this service available in?
I am not a graphic designer. I do like to create beautiful programs. So, you should expect an attractively compiled document, but my service is the content, not the presentation.
Are you a graphic designer?
On completion of the first draft of the itinerary payment should be made in full. Currently payment methods are cash, cheque, bank transfer.
How does payment work?
Nothing at all. You are free to use the questionnaire for your own purposes in the future. Equally if you purchase the "Cream of the Crop" option, you can use the Word format of the program for your own purposes too.
Once I have the questionnaire, what's to stop me using it for my own purposes in the future?
I have 8 years of experience in the field as a tour guide, and 4 years in the office as a tour operator. The combination of the two allows me to know the country and the sites, understand what makes a compelling porgram, and be able to read between the lines of a clients request/needs.
What qualifies you to write programs for me?
Your client will remain your client. I have no direct contact with the tourist. I provide you with the program which you send on to the client as your own program; it's as if I don't exist!
Will you liaise with the client?
I strongly advise tour guides to collect a non-refundable deposit at the point that you wish to be creating a fully developed itinerary for your clients. Your time, and my services are non-refundable.
